You have not told about the grades of vericocele. In subclinical & 1st grade vericocele  with less sperm count  ayurvedic treatment gives nice results. For 2nd grade and above you go for surgical intervention. But after surgery  also you should take ayurvedic treatment for sperm deformity, less count, less motility. So don't worry, consult first a ayurvedic physician.
