Brother if the lump is growing in size and it's painful I think you should visit a doctor again. Preferably a surgeon. He'll do a complete examination along with some tests to find out the cause and tell you about further treatment. I don't get the second part of your question as in what the crow has to do in all of this? Are you getting hallucinations? As in hearing voices which are not there? Go please consult a doctor.
