Left side pain in stomach to chest

I have pain in left side from stomach to chest and back side also. It start any timing during day or night. If i press my ribs of left side still it pain. The pain in the stomach is on left side.if i press near that area still it start pain. Even i moove fastly or turn it start paining. Same for the ribs also. I can not sleep proper on left side in the night. If i takes anacid and pain killer it work for hours only. What should i do. Should i go. to Orthopedic or Gastrologist. WHo will help me
