For the spasm you can take heat pack for 20mins thrice in a day
Would advise you to visit a physiothetapist who can give you modalities to reduce pain and spasm.
Due to muscle being in spasm body uses other muscles to do an acticity that causes easy fallibility thats why you easily get tired as you are using wrong muscles then and also this causes pain at other areas that is you neck shoulder etc .
