Hello doctors..iam having pain in left shoulder. for the last 2 months..now the pain had spread to chest mucle and to spinal..no problem  in cardio...taken ECG and consulted..while i rotate my hand it gives me more pain .at one place then complete the rotation..kindly suggest some treatment..thank you..

Thanks for asking me to respond. There are many reasons for pain in the shoulder. At your age the most common is frozen shoulder weekend the shoulder also gets stiff with restriction of movement. Second is impingement syndrome
