Left parotid gland lump
I attach usg report... I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 month but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful.. Weight gain is good.. No indigestion at all

This could have multiple causes requiring proper examination. It appears your parotid gland has a swelling. There has been no proven benefit of alternative medicine in parotid swelling till date.
Go ahead with FNAC to know the exact type of swelling that is present. Based on the FNAC results, urgency of surgical removal can be decided by the ENT.

Based on your history and USG reports, your left parotid gland(which produces saliva), appears to be involved
Firstly please visit an ENT surgeon for proper examination of the gland and related structure, also go for FNAC after that (tiny sample of your gland will be taken for microscopic examination via a needle)

Based on your history description and USG report, the organ involved is parotid. Better to get a test(FNAC)in which we take a syringe and extract sample from the swelling. We examine it under a microscope to see the nature of the swelling. Depending on the nature of it treatment differs. Some swellings have the tendency to be benign and safe initially but turn malignant later.

What appears from your USG report is a lesion of parotid gland but FNAC is must for further diagnosis of this condition. Kindly consult a ENT surgeon to proceed with proper diagnosis and treatment. Avoid unnecessary medications leading to some other complications.
