This could have multiple causes requiring proper examination. It appears your parotid gland has a swelling. There has been no proven benefit of alternative medicine in parotid swelling till date. Go ahead with FNAC to know the exact type of swelling that is present. Based on the FNAC results, urgency of surgical removal can be decided by the ENT.
