Left Paracentral bulge at L4 L5

Hello Everyone , My husband has got left paracentral bulge at L4 L5 with diffuse disc bulge at L5 S1 level. Also he has vertebral body hemangioma seen at c5 D9but  vertebrae. L4 L5 level causing idetitation over  thecal sac without compromising spinal canal with left side moderate neural foraminal causing compression over existing nerve roots. He mostly has pain in his mid back , sometimes lower back and also in left shoulder . Weakness attack comes in whole body but often he feels tingling sensation in both hands and legs . He is facing this since last 6 months . Last 10 days he went through MRi and He is under medication of Naptozen D , Captain NT , calcium , vitamins and massage . How long this process is going to take to heal or the unbearable  pain to go. Because we got identified very late and he was in continous pain for so long . Also any special therapy or medication is required to undergo to heal soon . Can someone please help on this.Because we have been dealing quiet a

The management currently he is on is actually for symptomatic relief. He is having compressive symptoms and for those symptoms operative management would be required to release the compression.
