Left lower quadrant pain

I have this dull pain in the side of stomach which is like how we feel when we run after drinking water. I consulted a doc did the usg of my lower abdomen and pelvis and its normal. No other symptoms like fever. Pain was intense but after I drank water it was even more and post urination it relieved There is no pain in urination, no signs of urinary infection

go for a usg whole abdomen scan rather than just lower abdomen

Any pain after drinking water indicate that there's some obstruction present - along the UPV - urteropelvic junction . But for exact diagnosis need complete history .
