Left leg little toe got hurt by heavy ob

My little toe of left leg got hurt couple of weeks back by heavy object. I have been applying ointments such as omnigel, vico etc. However still the pain persists and swelling is there, can you please suggest on medicine or ointment for the same.

Require buddy strapping of that toe, kindly go for X ray of foot Ap and oblique view. Now foot end elevation pillow under foot, ice pack application

Hi You might be having a phalangeal fracture going by the fact that the pain has not come down in two weeks,

Ideally rest and ice compression for a couple of days and soft cushioning around the toe if you use shoes and weight bearing more on your heels for the next two weeks along with a tablet named chymerol forte for three times a day for five days after food along with an anti inflammatory like aceclofenac+ paracetamol twice a day after food for five days will definitely help

Heel weight bearing shoes for the next three weeks which are available in surgical stores will definitely help in relieving pain while walking
