Left Knee Pain

Feel down with my knee first on floor. Paining while walking and bending the leg. No visible swelling. Pls help

It is due to the damage in the knee structures and decrease in muscle strength with time.
Next Steps
go for physitherapy..ultrasonic therapy for healing,tens for muscle relaxation and wax therfapy for reducing inflammation may required . take rest. then the exercises(strengthening +co-ordination ex) are to be done and very much important.
Health Tips
at home: give rest to the knee,avoid full weight bearing to the injured knee and hot water fomentation and some painkiller gel are temporarily helpful...rest+no stair climbing+no cold exposure+no prolonged walk+no squatting temporarily.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

You have not mentioned when you felt down. Initially do icing to knee. use icepack.consult orthopaedic doctor. You may need to do investigation like Xray or MRI. As as there is no visible swelling so less likely to be the fracture but may have ligament or meniscus injury.
