Left knee Joint pain

I have left knee Joint pain for 2 years .Actually it started after staying in 4rth floor without left for 2 months.Continuous use of stairs has resulted this.A physiotherapist suggested USM ultrasonic sonic massage and said it is because of strain in muscles.Taking two sessions it has increased little.Even orthopedician I have shown they gave flexipep solutions for some months that resulted in nothing.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hi. It could be strain and may be yr knee muscles are weak.and sometimes it's happen like pain is increased in  first 1-2 session than it will reduce so better u can continue us and Ift also than learn some knee strength mening exercise to prevent.
