Left knee ACL tear

I have left knee Acl tear since 2.5 month,pain will reduced 70%.Only pain will be come when I walk about long distance.  • what type of tear?  • any need surgery,can I wait ?  • what is interstitial tear?  • is it heal by prp injection?is it successful?

You have complete tear of your ACL.. Interstitial means substance of the ligament is torn.. The decision for surgery depends on your symptoms and your requirements with the affected knee.. PRP may or may not heal a torn ligament..we do not have sufficient evidence to prove it..But a complete tear like yours may not heal with it..
