Since I can remember ive had pain in my left flank. Each time i get the pain it's worse. I have lost 4 st in weight in 6 mths. There is no hint when the pain will start. I have ibs symptoms diahhrea and constipation. When i have the pain it feels like contractions of Labour. I get chills sweats nausea tiredness painful tummy rumbling pain when lofting left leg confusion Eating and drinking does not help. I have cut out alcohol completely. Had a sigmoid, colonoscopy and kidney scan. All clear
