Left fetal kidney shows a moderate hydronephrosis with calyceal seperation 12 mm in AP DIMENSION My friend is 37 weeks pregnant and scan shows the above. Is it a problem?

Fetal hydronephrosis can be because of some obstruction in urinary tract of baby which might get resolved on its own or might need some intervention.
Next Steps
Get ultrasound of baby after birth. If it is normal, no need for further intervention. if it shows similar finding, get a urologist opinion for baby.
