Left fallopian tube hydrosalpinx

2023-05-06 02:00:29
Hi, I have been diagnosed with left fallopian tube hydrosalpinx, and I have ttc from the last 3.5yrs with no success. Recently had IUI with no success. What are my chances of getting pregnant if do IVF or what treatment options are available for hydrosalpinx in my case. I was given oral antibiotics, but it is still there because i can feel the pain. Does hydrosalpinx interfere in implantation if I go straight for IVF. Could you please suggest to me what should I do. I am already turning 34, so I don't wanna waste time. Any help will be great Thanks for considering.

If one tube is open u can try another cycle of iui A course of antibiotics can be tried fr hydrosalpinx The prerequisite fr iui is at least one tube should be open Get ur amh levels checked If borderline Go fr ivf Also prior to ivf the hydrosalpinx should be removed surgically

Before IVF , clipping of hydrosalpinx can be done laparoscopicaly. Hydrosalpinx fluid can interfere with implantation. Hydrosalpinx cannot be treated medically or surgically. It can be removed surgical but that tube will become non functional. Your best chances are with IVF. My advice will be to go for IVF with no delay

It is better to get surgical excision of the hydrosalpinx before you go for IVF.
