From past days I'm experiencing pain in my left hand from shoulder to fingers and mild discomfort in chest.

See there can be two things involved one it can be acidity issue which is giving you the same symptoms of attack or else you might have cervical spondylitis issue, consult physiotherapist who does kinesio taping, my forte is in kinesio taping

Radiating pain from shoulder to arm could be because of nerve compression. There are many other reasons too. You need to show to a physiotherapist get your proper diagnosis done and follow the treatment plan.
