Left arm and both legs palms pain
I have left arm pain since 4 days.. It starts from shoulder mainly and is paining fully.
Also when i get up and start walking, my both feet hurt a lot and feels heavy.

You should have regular physical exercises. For the shoulder the best and the most complete exercise is rotating the shoulders in both directions. You should also take Calcium with Magnesium Zinc and Vit D3 regularly.
