It is called munchasen syndrome.
There is a proverb " what you want to be, you will be". think it daily.
Always be positive.
What ever happens in our life is already decided by kharma .
Live in current life
Do not worry about the past., learn from the past.
Don't expect too much in the future.
Take the life as it is,. Don't try pull it on your way.
