LDL Cholesterol High

My LDL Cholesterol level is 161, and Total cholesterol is 236. My weight is 45kg. What can I do to decrease the LDL cholesterol level. I have attached the report for reference.

If you have family history of high cholesterol then get your lipid profile checked from two or more labs absolutely fasting overnight or for 12 hours.
