Hey there! Your acl graft has degenerated. Ligament laxity can be handled well with conservative or non operative methods. We try to compensate by strengthening the muscles surrounding the joint. You can perform strengthening exercises under supervision of physiotherapist and also please have a talk with the doctor who performed your ligament reconstruction as he/she has seen the real picture of your knee and would be the best to advise. Need not worry. According to me physiotherapy will do. Tibial translation can also be managed with physiotherapy. Your tunnels are also normal. Just muscles strengthening required.
You being a sports person need special care of your knee. But keep in mind it would take time.
Next Steps
discuss with concerned doctor and then go for physiotherapy.
Health Tips
use knee supports like braces.
