Hi Sir/Madam, Its been 2 months since I had laproscopy Tubectomy procedure, could you please confirm if I can start with exercise, walking and other physical activities. My doctor had suggested to avoid the same for few months. Thank you!

I advise you to please discuss with the surgeon who has operated on you . Don’t ask specific questions like this in a common platform . How was the surgery ? Intra op findings ? He or she can guide you better

It all depends on how the healing has been so far. If you didn't develop any infection then you can go for all the physical activities.
