Lacunar infarct

My Mri report said i have small lacunar infarct in bilateral fronto- parietal lobe what does it mean is it anything to worry about, what is the treatment ?

All it means is that you have something causing small blood vessels in your brain to get occluded causing small areas of tissue damage. But considering your young age, it is prudent to find the cause for it to prevent any further infarcts in the future. Get a detailed neurological evaluation as early as possible. Best regards.
