Normally the concentration span is about 30-45 mins. After that the mind begins to wander.
It is better to break your study schedule into 45 min units and take breaks in between.
Getting regular physical exercise is good for concentration.
Try to get good amount of restful sleep.
Avoid sugary food and drinks.
Try to revise the topics that you have read recently.
