Labia minora (inside) infection

I am 23y/0 female.I am having infection on labia minora (inside) since 7-8 months its not curing its not itchy but when i pee it pains or when i apply cream or touch it to wash then it pains its like pimples like projections i showed it to gynaecologist also dermatologist they prescribed antifungal antibacterial antihistamin etc.med but it didn't worked also corticosteroid creams but its not working so what will be the reason bcz i m vergin i dont have any sexual activity and i have other health condition like ibs fibromyalgia pcod asthma disc bulge and maybe doctor's r not able to diagnose so what will be the reason and why its not curing
