Hello, I am asking this on behalf of my mother aged 61yrs. She has been taking medicine Telpil-h, amaryl forte 1mg, metmorphin hydrochloride prolonged release 1000 mg. Please suggest. Her ABG is 194 (90-120) TsH is 6.188 (0.35-5.50) Blood sugar f 161.2 (70-110).

She has been taking minimal dose of medicine for Hypertension and Diabetes. Her blood sugar is not adequately controlled. Her blood pressure is not mentioned. The photo of the lab reports shows generally normal report (you have shared only two of the six sheets). Difficult to understand why Blood gas analysis was done. And the report shared is also inadequate.
Next Steps
Please get all the six sheets of lab investigations reports, get the reason for doing ABG, and with the information consult a General Physician on Practo or in your area. The information provided is inadequate.
