Sir, My self prashanth Age 36 Recently iam facing knee pains I taken x ray both knees Doctor said early stage I have back pain Now started knee pain Please tell me some exercises for Me My job is construction field Shall I d staircase climbing daily And I will walk daily 6000steps And standing long time in site By doing this knee exercises Shall I continue my job Further any knee damege will increase My dout sir Please tell me sir

please avoid sitting on ground with cross legs,and start some knee isometric with quad strengthing.do some hams stretching also.avoid long standing to relief your back use ice pack on local pain area if pain exist.thnx for more advice consult on video call with me.take care

Hi I dont think you have to worry about it usually after 30 there will be muscle loss so strengthen your muscle first Regular exercises will help you with that You can take any fitness programme online or offline and work on your muscle Build the strength Walking alone doesn't help You can continue your job If your muscles are strong enough your knee pain doesnt bother you much
