I have done mri acl sprain last year by it becomes weak need glucosamine tablet of best bran please suggest

No role of glucosamine in ACL sprain , glucosamine is recommended for early arthritic changes of  joints .

Cartigen is one of the leading brand But i dont think glucosamine has any role in acl injury
