Knee Weakness

I have a feeling of weakness in my knees since last couple of months. It's not pain that i am experiencing but some weakness. I initially thought that it could be due to my heavy workout at the gym and cardio exercises. I stopped doing the same but it's been almost two months the problem has not gone away.

Hello there.... I would like to suggest you not to rest too much,do some exercise that is safe for your knees like walking,swimming,water aerobics which can strengthen the muscles that support your knee and increase flexibility. Its best to consult nearby physio physiotherapist so that they can help you the best way. Thanks..
