From last 3yrs, she is having knee problem and is having difficulty in sitting with folded leg. Usually, she used to have pain in waist. She usually used to go for a short walk for maximum 2km every morning. Although these are the symptoms of old age but then also if any liquid or lotion available for its cure please suggest.

This looks like arthritis, you have to be examined and x rayed to find out the severity, the treatment depends on that.
