Knee pain while stretching

Hi..i got injured 4 months back.. When first mri was done it was grade one.. When mri was done this month its now showing grade 2 injury.. My doctor suggested to undergo physiotherapy.. Is there any surgery required?? Whether tear will heal by itself?? And what should I have to do in order to avoid any other future complications???

No surgery is required yet. It can get recover with the help of Physiotherapy. So visit the Physiotherapist n stabilise ur affected part. Avoid much use of it and use crape bandage for support.
