Knee pain Physiotherapy suggested

I have knee from last few days. Last week i got an xray for same and doctor said knee might have been twisted. Doctor suggested physiotherapy. So just wanted to check how many sessions it might take and if physiotherapy is required in a knee twist.

Knee twist can cause injury to ur ligaments or muscles. So this can be clear only after complete examination and assessment by the Physiotherapist that how many session do u need for recovery of this pain.

knee twist can cause many issues in the knee. MRI can tell you detailed options that what had gone wrong with your knee.

Knee twist might result either in ligament sprain or meniscal injury. Degree of injury will be assessed  by physiotherapist and accordingly treatment protocol will be designed.

Knee twist means either ligament, soft tissue or muscle injury. Detailed assessment is necessary or MRI scan is required. Go to nearest physiotherapy center. Physiotherapist will take proper assessment and teach exercises accordingly.

use ice pack twice daily for 15 mins.
