I recently hit my leg to the ground, causes pain in my knee and causing some sounds .i took a X-ray, but didn't meet doctor , i want know my situation.

You have only take ap view of xrays and not lateral view. For accurate diagnosis both view are needed. Get a proper xray prescribed.
