Knee pain in right leg

I have pain in right knee for 1 year and i think its a legament injury because i have consut a doctor and had a xray of my knee and joint is completely okk . But i have sonething wrong in my knee something irritating me all the time . So want suggetion what to do ,to get rid of ot .

First consult with doctor in mean while start doing the ice pack thrice a day for 15min than do strengthening exercise regularly if need any assistance contact me Iwil watapp you exercise!!!

First clear it by assessment it's ligament or any other issue.your doctor physiotherapists or orthopedic Dr can do a physical examination of your knee.than if he/ she found any prob relate with your knee they I'll tell u that go for other investigation like mri xray or it is not necessary.
Next Steps
if u ur knee paining untill u go to the Dr so do  cold pack if sweling on knee if not do hot pack.and wear a hinged brace. do rest.

You have to avoid floor sitting,squatting,cross leg.keep your knee straight,you can use tool  to keep leg straight in front of you while sitting.quadriceps strengthening exercises can help to reduce pain
