I have lot of pain near knee joint and having problem in walking , climbing steps what is the resolution. Please suggest

Knee pain and difficulty climbing stairs can be because of a multitude of reasons. I think there is no point throwing darts in the dark. Go consult a doctor. Thats what they are there for

If you didn't get injured in recent times, this knee pain may be due to weakened knee cap. Depends on clinical examination you will need physiotherapy.
