Pain in your knee could be due to many reasons but nothing alarming based on your information. You will get better don’t worry. Just give your knee some rest and apply ice three times a day. Take painkiller for some relief. Do it for at least 3-5 days and see the response. Knee brace or crepe bandage may be used if you feel too much pain.
Next Steps
You should avoid jumping running and folding you knee and sitting on the ground.
Health Tips
If you have any swelling or redness you ll need consultation and further investigation in the form or X-ray and maybe MRI of the knee.
