I am suffering from knee pain when I standup and sit down, the pain increase in knee and when I walk that time also feel the pain.Pls suggest some medicine or something else which helpful for me.
It is advisable to not ignore this knee pain as it is way of ur body to tell that internal derangement is there in knee.Till u consult avoid squatting ,cross leg sitting,kneeling.

Pain in your knee could be due to many reasons but nothing alarming based on your information. You will get better don’t worry. Just give your knee some rest and apply ice three times a day. Take painkiller for some relief. Do it for at least 3-5 days and see the response. Knee brace or crepe bandage may be used if you feel too much pain.
