My father is very old. He has pain in his knee joints. He is not interested in operation. Please suggest some alternatives to cure arthritis. For example- injections, exercises, etc. I have attached his latest x Ray's. Thanks

Looks like high grade of patellofemoral osteoarthritis . You can try intrarticular steroid injections but it may have mixed results in this stage. Still go ahead with intrarticular depoprednisolone injection and physiotherapy.
