Hi. Taking good nutritious food is essential. Maintain a regularity in warming up movements slowly at your knee joint. You can do simple movements. Smear gingelly oil 5 mins before bath daily. For calf muscle pain, ensure sufficient hydration and drink lime juice added with pinch of salt in the evening s if not contraindicated. You can also apply oil to calf muscle before bath. But dont give pressure massage.
