Knee pain,swelling,popping sound come from knee when i do any movement,feel like fall in steps,applying ice,taking rest from last 3 month.

The symptoms are showing possibility of ligament injury along with other soft tissue involvement (meniscus). You will need proper evaluation by orthopaedic doctor. 3 months is longtime for recovery. Kindly take orthopaedic opinion asap.

After evaluation by orthopaedic doctor you will need physiotherapy for sometime irrespective if he suggests surgery or not.

Avoid hyper bending movements.
