I am severely suffering from knee joints and leg joints pain from last 10 days,this problem always  occurs when I take anta acid tablet like rabeprazol or pantaprazol relived after left them ,  I have done URIC ACID test which is 3.85, pls suggest what should I do now

Hi., I can understand your concern. Uric acid levels are good. It can be due to calcium deficiency.
Next Steps
you can take tab shelcal 500 after dinner for one month, tab zerodol p two times a day after food for 5 days and tab rantac 150 two times a day before food for 5 days.
