Knee injury

I have done MRI of my left knee recently. Report says; - thin horizonatal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus extending to capsular surface - diffuse interstitial injury of anterior cruciate ligament with intact attachment Please suggest, what will be the treatment for same and consequences.
