Knee fracture

Had and accident .. few years back. There was a ligament fracture. But till today.. it is impossible for me to do a long jump or sprint running as the thigh bone get dislocated evrytime i put some immediate weight on it. And after few minutes come back to.normal as i stand up. Need to know what this injury is? Nd its resolution?

• Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. You need a diagnosis ...like a aim in life. Get a MRI done to rule out intra-articluar pathology like ACL/ Menscus tear .
