I had my ACL and PCL surgery in June. Now Even after almost 4 months my ROM is around 90-100 degrees and experiencing Knee Buckling as well. I am afraid that knee will be okay or not after several months. Doing exercises and Theraband exercises as per doctor suggestions but still knee buckling exist. Need to hit Gym this week. Please give me valuable suggestion on Knee. Whether it will be alright or not on upcoming months. What to do????

Knee stiffness is quiet common after combined ACL and pcl injuries. May require manipulation to gain range of motion. And if the knee is still buckling there may be some problem. Do good physiotherapy exercises. May be it will help. Need to examine before commenting on the next line of management.
