I have knee bone spur in both my knees my joint space is normal but I have pain doctor has recommended Rejoint medicine with pan d but is it necessary to take pan d every day can not i take just Rejoint medicine everyday without pan d and for how many month i can take this medicine pls help

Hi. U need to focus on strengthening ur muscles around knee. Little change in sitting habits, correction of bmi , taking calcium rich foods can cure ur problems.

You need to share xrays before I can comment upon the treatment. Pan D is a medicine for acidity basically. If you don't have any problem of acidity, you can avoid that.
Next Steps
