For now, what you can do is
1. Hot fomentation ( garam pani ki bottle se sikai)
For 10 minutes 3 times a day
2. After hot fomentation, put systaflam gel on knee.
3. Donot exert while workout. Drink a lot of water and salad to prevent muscle cramps
4. Take some rest for 3-4 days . Dont exert yourself.
5. Consult a doctor, preferably a orthopedic, to rule out any severe underlying problem if any
