Well 23 is early age for this kind of pain..!! May we there must be some weakness in ur muscles of ur knee n foot.. or may be u ste out of ur BMI.. so ur muscles are not able to cope up with ur weight.. under weight and overweight both could be the reason..
so i would suggest u can join physio, gym or yoga for some streches n strengthening.. and ofcourse maintain ur BMI.
