Hello My body is normal except my tummy area it getting bigger and it little hard fat as I see I tried exercise but it not helping me I heard about kito diet but I am don't know about it I need little more information even consultant about it Can you please help me

Hi. Thank you for your query  we will be happy to help you I wouldn't recommend going for keto diet. Instead try this for weight loss and belly fat loss Have your dinner early and keep it light. Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar completely. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Include lots of fibre rich foods in your diet.
