Today I seen some spots on my teeth what are these it is dangerous to my health , how can I prevent it. Please tell me

Spots can be anything- Normal discolouration from outside due to plaque accumulation or abrasion (yellowish) or even initial caries (yellowish to brownish) or stains due to smoking or tobacco ( Black to red) . The only way to finding it out is having a dentist give a look at it.
