Hello Doctor, I have been diagnosed with Kienbock disease, what are the options for treatment?? Is surgery only way?? My stage is between stage 2 & 3

Stage 2 and above requires surgery and since you have a negative ulnar variance a joint levelling surgery is recommended which means making your wrist joint levelled which reduces the pain.
Next Steps
consult an orthopaedic surgeon near you, preferably a hand and upper limb specialist.
