Kidney stones

Hi doctor, I have kidney stones, they are big in size and it's not painful for now. I am under treatment for the same. Doctor please help me in the diet and let me know what to eat and what not to. Hoping for your reply as soon as possible. Thank you doctor :)

Have less salt and outside foods no preservatives or stored foods.

Hello....one should drink plenty of water and fluids like lemon water ,coconut water and juices like orange, pomegranate sweet lime etc. Try to eat less food items which contains oxalalte and calcium  for ex. flesh,poultry and dairy products,green leafy vegetables etc.Barly water is helpful.
