Left-sided pain near the ribs may be from a kidney stone, but muscle, urine infection and other causes can feel similar. Please get a urine test, kidney function tests and an ultrasound KUB/CT if advised to confirm the stone's size and location. Do not add or change Ayurvedic medicines without showing their ingredients to your doctor, as some may affect the kidneys. I can review the reports through Practo or at Synergy Miraj.
Next Steps
Seek urgent care if pain is severe or persistent, or if you develop fever, vomiting, reduced urine or blood in urine. A urologist should guide treatment based on the stone report.

what ayurvedic medicine are you using. some compositions of ayurvedic medicines are nephrotoxic. be careful with such compositions. kidney stone treatment depends upon size of the stone. if its more than 6mm size, it needs surgical correction . otherwise some medication will help .
